As an IT Coordinator, I believe the most important skills are strong organizational and communication abilities. It is essential to be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once in order to ensure that all deadlines are met. Furthermore, it is critical to have excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
