In Eclipse IDE, error log is available under Windows -> Show view -> Error log.

When a problem is encountered, we will have the reports of them documented in the workspace log file. The location where the log file stored is in the workspace/.metadata/.log. In Eclipse IDE error log view will show all the captured errors.
